“I sought clarity in the mountains.” – Dr. Oliver Wirths, Founder of Alpine Leadership
When the large corporate transformation program Oliver had poured his heart into started to crash, he headed for the Alps. Armed with only a paraglider he hiked ferociously through the Alps, trying to think of a way to turn things around
Surrounded by breathtaking views and immersed in the elements, he had two insights:
1) A united leadership team wins: When leaders row in the same direction, they can beat any competition in any market. Leadership is the #1 driver for business success, successful transformations and high-performing teams.
2) There’s a better way than stuffy indoor workshops: Real change needs experiences that move heads, hearts, and hands – not long days in closed rooms with plenty of PowerPoint slides.
