Our Story
Hi, I’m Oliver, a certified leadership coach with a Ph. D. in Business Development Strategy and the founder of Alpine Leadership.
When the large corporate transformation program I had poured all my heart and energy into started to crash, I sought clarity in the mountains. Armed with only my paraglider I hiked ferociously through the Alps, trying to think of a way to turn things around.
Surrounded by breathtaking views and immersed in the elements, I had two insights:
1) A strong leadership team that is rowing in the same direction can beat any competition, in any market. Leadership is the #1 factor for business success and employee engagement.
2) There had to be a better way than stuffy indoor workshops that do little to move the heads, hearts and hands of a leadership team.
